Westley & Huff are able to prepare schedules for both Landlord or Tenant in respect of dilapidations and negotiate with either the Landlord's/Tenant's surveyor where appropriate.
Schedules of Condition
Schedules of Condition are often required for commercial properties depending on the repairing liabilities when taking on a new lease. A Schedule of Condition could also be an important document when considering the state of repair of a property at the end of the lease.
