S.A.P. Home Energy Reports
Westley & Huff provide this service to assess the energy efficiency of properties using the Governments Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP). The report will show you how to save money on heating costs and, at the same time, help the environment. It will include recommendations on draught proofing, roof insulation, hot water tank and jacket, cavity wall insulation, heating controls, boiler and double glazing with assessments on annual savings if improved.
Snagging Lists
On new properties works planned may not always be completed on time or to specification. A snagging list can identify any outstanding works or deficiencies prior to legal completion. This normally involves liaising with the site foreman and the report can be carried out as an addendum to a Home Buyers Report and Valuation on new properties.
